For national organisations. Use this guide to find the PLB assortment, review product content and download approved assets in the new Partner Zone interface.
Already know what you need? Use the contents below to jump straight to the relevant area of the guide.
1. Access Partner Zone
Open partnerzone.intersport.com and sign in with your existing IIC portal login. The URL and login process have not changed.
Who can use it?
- IIC internal users: employees in HQ or Digital HQ.
- National organisation users: users with an IIC portal access point.
- Third-party or retail users: contact the Content Team to request an access assessment.
Need access or cannot sign in? Go to Help and support.
2. Use the home page
The home page is your starting point for the PLB assortment. Its main areas help you browse, search and manage content packages.
- Search: free-text search across the assortment.
- Bulk Search: search multiple article numbers at once.
- Account: open your user profile and settings.
- Catalogue History: find catalogues you have created before.
- Basket: review assets selected for download.
- Explore our PLB Brands: browse products by brand.
Browse brands and seasonal capsules
Select a brand tile to open its products and content. Current PLB brand areas include ENERGETICS, McKINLEY, FIREFLY, PRO TOUCH and NAKAMURA.
For seasonal collections, select Explore on the relevant capsule to open its collection. From there, continue with search and filters to refine the assortment.
3. Find and filter products
Search by PZ code
- Enter a PZ style code, for example 438038, to see all available colour variants.
- Enter the full PZ code with its colour code, for example 438038-901, to open one specific variant.
- Use Bulk Search for up to 200 SKUs at a time; paste one SKU per line.
- Use the navigation menu to browse by department.
Filter on the Product Listing Page
Once you are on the Product Listing Page (PLP), use quick filters in the navigation bar, department filters or the full filters panel. You can refine the results by gender, age and colour.
After finding the right result, select the product to open the Product Details Page.
4. Review a product
Select a product from the Product Listing Page to open its Product Details Page (PDP). This page brings the key product information and available media together.
On the Product Details Page, you can
- Switch between available colour variants.
- Review product metadata and variant information.
- Read care instructions and product descriptions.
- Check Unique Selling Points (USPs).
- Open the product's available images, video and 3D assets.
Product information is provided in English. For media-specific guidance, continue to View images, video and 3D.
5. View images, video and 3D
On the Product Details Page, use the content areas for Product Info, Images, Video and 3D Assets to review what has been published for the selected product.
- Images: browse the available product images.
- Video: open video content when it is available.
- 3D Assets: rotate the product in the 3D viewer, scan its QR code or launch Virtual Testing where available.
Not every product has every asset type. Use the filters panel on the Product Listing Page to find products with video or 3D content, then add the required products to your download package.
6. Create and download asset packages
Step 1: Select products
Build a selection from Search, Bulk Search or the Product Listing Page filters.
- Bulk Search: select Add All to Cart for up to 200 SKUs.
- Filtered selection: select products through filters; this selection can exceed 200 results.
Step 2: Create the package
Open the Basket, name the catalogue, choose the required asset types and select Create. For filtered selections above 200 results, a download package is created automatically.
Step 3: Download the ZIP file
You will receive an email when the package is ready. Open Catalogue History from the home page to download the completed ZIP file.
National organisations can also use a product feed instead of Bulk Search where that workflow is in place.

8. Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new login or a new link?
No. Use the existing Partner Zone URL and your usual IIC portal login. See Access Partner Zone.
What is the difference between Search and Bulk Search?
Search finds a style or a single colour variant. Bulk Search accepts up to 200 full PZ codes with colour codes, one per line. See Find and filter products.
I cannot find a product. What should I check?
Clear active filters, search by PZ code or product name, or use Bulk Search. See Find and filter products. If the product is still missing, contact the Content Team.
Why does a product not have video or 3D?
These assets are shown only when they have been published for that product. See View images, video and 3D.
Why are images missing for some products?
Some products are still being photographed or are in post-production. Images appear in Partner Zone once they are available. For clarification, contact the Content Team.
My download did not start. What should I do?
Wait for the email notification, then open Catalogue History and start the download again. Review Create and download asset packages, or contact the Content Team if the email does not arrive within a reasonable time.
